Request the audit

Most SEO firms put a junior on the work and an account manager on the explaining. On a freelance marketplace you buy a method blind — there is no way to check it before you pay. Here you can: I run the audit myself, with 9+ years of technical SEO behind it, and the whole process is on this page. Before payment, not after.

Why payment comes first: not because details are hidden. The method is spelled out below, line by line. You see exactly what you are paying for before you pay. That is more honest than a get-to-know-you call with no commitments, and faster than the weeks of back-and-forth freelance work usually starts with.

Why me, not an agency

One specialist, not a production line.

The audit you get is done by me, from the first crawl to the final document. Not a junior under supervision, not outsourced to another country. The same person you are talking to now.

Technical depth, not a template.

I do not fill in a twenty-point checklist. I read server logs to see where crawl budget actually goes — the level of detail most audits never reach.

The method is visible up front.

Everything below is not marketing copy. It is the exact description of what I do. No "individual approach" without the details.

how it actually works

Payment first. Then all the work. Here is what it covers.

Nine steps, one to two weeks from access granted to the finished document. Steps 04–07 are the analysis, step 08 turns it into a plan, step 09 is who executes it. Each step below says what is done and with which tools — nothing here is optional or billed extra.

09 steps from order to plan
1–2 weeks access to finished document
2 crawlers cross-checked against each other
5–7 competitors taken apart

01Order and payment

Pick a package, pay by card or invoice. If something in the scope does not fit your project, we agree on it before payment, not after. Work starts once payment is confirmed.

02You send the project

The site URL and, if you have one, the focus: what worries you most. Optional, but it narrows the first week to the thing that actually hurts.

03Read-only access

Search Console, analytics, rank tracker, CMS or a staging URL. Read access is enough — nothing on the site changes without your developers.

04Technical analysis

Crawling — a full pass in Screaming Frog SEO Spider and Netpeak Spider, cross-checked between two crawlers. Broken links , redirect chains , duplicate titles and meta descriptions, canonical problems, orphan pages . Semantic HTML . Server logs — where crawl budget really goes. Core Web Vitals by page type. Structured data .

Tools at this stage: Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Netpeak Spider, Google Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed Insights / CrUX, Ahrefs, Semrush. See the full toolstack →

05Internal analysis

Keyword map — which queries already bring traffic and which should but do not. Internal linking . An audit of existing pages: what to keep, what to extend, which articles are missing.

06External analysis

Backlink audit — referring domains, quality, anchor distribution, toxic links for disavow . Brand mentions off-site.

07Competitor analysis

Five to seven real players from the top ten. Their sites, social profiles, links and keywords — by the same method as your site.

08Action plan

Everything from steps 04–07 becomes one document: technical fixes, content plan, link-building plan — outreach, digital PR, free placements through partnerships and brand mentions. Prioritised by week and quarter.

09Execution — you or me

With "Audit & strategy" the document goes to your team. With "Audit + management" I keep going myself: briefs for developers and copywriters, contractors when needed, the project run like an SEO company of one.
